In life, procreation, and departure an unremitting knowingness pervades all existence and transcendence. Trace is inspired by the ephemeral world of insects dictated by their dormancies, their secretiveness, and their cyclic ever-being. I am awed by how the reflective play in these photographs offers admittance to the spiritual ember that persists beyond their passing.
